AktaryTech is a dev shop originally founded in 2008. We found a foothold building complex business systems, usually in Fintech. Because of our background, it was only a matter of time until we pivoted in 2017 to focus on crypto, blockchains, and web3. Crypto has come easy to us and while we are ~90% Ethereum right now, we’re opening up to new blockchains.

We know you’ll be successful if you…
- Find, hunt, and close 500K contracts for scope of work.
- Build relationships with founders in the blockchain space working on interesting projects.
You won’t want this role if:
- Want all inbound leads – This role is focused on hunting for new business. Because of this, we’re not going to cap commissions. But if you are wanting to be spoon-fed deals, this may not be a great fit for you.
- You don’t know how to sell service delivery – We’re a service delivery agency, or a “dev shop”. Since we focus in blockchain we need someone who has experience being around agency work.
- You want comfort – This role is always going to be about hunting for the next opportunity.
It is likely you will be a great fit for this role if you come from an agency background and understand both sales cycles as well as service delivery in an agency standpoint. If you’ve spent time in your exploring web3 and blockchain as well as building relationships with companies and founders building interesting projects, we’d definitely love to hear from you.

You’re a part of our core team. Because of this, you’ll be reporting directly to David Aktary, our founder. David, currently leads up a lot of the sales process but is looking to offload that for this role. Part of the opportunity in this role is to come alongside him to divide and conquer.
